Well it has been a rough Holiday season as I endured a nasty cold that just would not quit. So back to starting from scratch with my training. For Christmas my wonderful wife got me an Nike + Ipod setup. The shoes are Nike+ Air Pegasus which have the slot for the Nike + transmitter to your Ipod. I have a half of a run now recorded on my Ipod, as the other 1/2 of the run was for calibration. If you haven't heard about it.. read about it here:

So let the running begin!!! I am scheduled for a 5 mile in Feb for starters. Hopefully Sarah, Russ, Dad and I all will run that one together. Lets do it guys!!
