REALLY back in the saddle
Well I'm not going to sit back any longer and let the Scott family have all of the fun.....it's time to join the ride. Today I signed up for the Houston Livestock Show rodeo 10k at the end of February......I had to set a specific event to get the ball rolling for myself. My running has been so totally inconsistent I needed something that will make it consistent; nothing like a 6.2 mile run to do it!

cough cough. I guess I had too many drinks and my eyes are a little blurry. I thought this said 6 min mile, a little faster than a duck walk!
