Injury but not serious

I wore a pair of old shoes to run today and it left my right big toenail black and blue. It hurts on a toe that has little feeling from past surgery. Now I will have to be careful with it and that will slow down progress significantly. I have been running more than 5 miles every day lately. SO we will see ....
