First Time to Break 6 Miles!

Well I did it! 6.57 Miles in 55 minutes and 18 seconds. Pace was 8:24. Not sure how I did that with trying to slow myself down. My Ipod says I burned 820 Calories. Not much in the whole scheme of things. So tomorrow I think I will run just a couple of miles and then on Monday see what I can do. There looks to be at least 2 days of rain next week so I may use those days for strengh and core training. Progress! :-) Jeff
