Randy has started again

I began running in the gym yesterday and walking. There was a slight pain in my left knee but I took it easy. It felt great to run again. Now I am waiting for the rest of my family to begin again. Sarah just took a run. I am hoping to get her to post here as well. Now looking at an 8k run in Mason Texas later this year.
